FREE STANDARD DDP SHIPPING on orders of US$100 or more.
We ship directly from our production facility in Guangdong, China, to customers in the United States and Canada.
Our DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping service includes applicable import duties, import taxes, and customs clearance charges covered under the agreed DDP shipping arrangement.
No unexpected import duty or customs payment requests upon delivery when shipped under our DDP service.
Any applicable domestic sales tax collected at checkout will be displayed separately.
3ESTIMATED DELIVERY: 5–7 CALENDAR DAYS
We aim to deliver your custom UV DTF transfers within an estimated 5–7 calendar days.
This estimated total delivery time includes:
- Custom production at our facility in Guangdong, China.
- Quality inspection and order preparation.
- International shipping and delivery to your address.
Your production time and shipping time are included in one estimated delivery window.
The delivery countdown starts after:
- Payment has been successfully received.
- Your final artwork has been approved.
- Your shipping information has been confirmed.
Calendar days include weekends. However, factory holidays, customs inspections, severe weather, carrier disruptions, and remote delivery locations may extend the estimated delivery time.
This is an estimated timeframe, not a guaranteed delivery date.
4ORDER PROCESSING & ARTWORK APPROVAL
To ensure smooth production and timely delivery:
- Please upload print-ready artwork when placing your order.
- Confirm all text, spelling, colors, dimensions, and design details before approving your artwork.
- Production begins after payment and final artwork approval.
- Artwork revisions or changes after approval may delay production and delivery.
- Large-volume or unusually complex orders may require additional production time. We will confirm the estimated schedule before proceeding.
5SHIPPING & TRACKING
All orders are shipped directly from Guangdong, China, using our designated international shipping partners.
- Standard DDP shipping is free on eligible orders of US$100 or more.
- Tracking information will be provided after your package has been dispatched.
- Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, postal code, email address, and contact number.
- Some remote or restricted postal codes may require additional delivery time or alternative shipping arrangements. We will contact you before proceeding if your address is outside our standard service coverage.
6CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
We use DDP shipping for eligible US and Canadian destinations.
Under the agreed DDP arrangement, applicable import duties, import taxes, and customs clearance charges are handled by the seller.
Customers should not need to pay additional import duties or customs clearance fees upon delivery when the shipment is correctly sent under our DDP service.
Any applicable domestic sales taxes required by law will be shown separately at checkout.
7SHIPPING DELAYS
Although we work hard to meet our estimated delivery times, international shipments can occasionally experience delays due to:
- Customs inspections or clearance procedures.
- Extreme weather conditions.
- Public holidays or factory closures.
- International carrier disruptions.
- Remote delivery locations or other circumstances beyond our control.
We will assist customers in checking shipment status and coordinating with the shipping carrier when delays occur.
